Front Desk Care Coordinator

Front Desk Care Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and check them in and out
- Verify insurance and collect payments
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer scheduling and basic payment inquiries from patients
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards of personal and financial information
Front Desk Care Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of medical receptionist and medical insurance experience preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills
- Superior organization skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Physical Therapist
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and exemplary Physical Therapist (PT) to perform vestibular assessments and therapy. If you consider yourself someone who is a patient advocate, a team player, and someone who embraces educational opportunities then this is the perfect environment for you.
We are a clinic that offers both vestibular diagnostics and vestibular therapy. 360 Balance & Dizziness is made up of tight-knit professionals including PTs, PTAs, an audiologist, and an administrative team. Our clinic also serves as a teaching clinic for students and practicing clinicians. We prefer a Physical Therapist (PT) candidate with experience, but we also have a great team of educators and welcome candidates who are less experienced but have a love and the drive to perform vestibular-related therapies. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who fits with our company culture and philosophy.

Vestibular Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat vestibular patients
- Provide timely initial evals, daily notes, and progress notes
- Coordinate with therapy team about patient care
- Maintain clean and safe work environment for patients and fellow staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards of personal and financial information as well as company specific best practices
Vestibular Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Texas license required, may be obtained upon hire
- Vestibular therapy experience preferred but not required
- Completion of a competency-based certification is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Professional/conversational Spanish is a plus
