For New Patients:

You will need a referral from a doctor before scheduling an appointment. Our office will call you to schedule once we’ve received your doctor’s referral.  If you believe we should have already received a doctor’s referral, you can call us to check. If you have a referral from your doctor you can email it to us at [email protected].

 For Returning Patients:

Please note that you might not be scheduled with the same clinician who performed your initial evaluation. All of our clinicians are specially trained in vestibular therapy to give you the highest quality of care. Our clinicians take meticulous notes and communicate with each other to ensure your plan of care goes smoothly.
