360 Social Club
This club offers dizzy and imbalance-friendly activities including the following:
- A Walk in the Park: take a walk on a flat, paved path with regular seating options accompanied by a clinician for tips on how to best avoid shuffling gait and improve your walking safety.
- Mocktail Happy Hour: come and socialize with others who understand that even though you can’t see dizziness, it’s a very real experience. Snacks and (non-alcoholic) drinks will be provided!
- Chair Yoga: come improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength in a safe and non-judgmental environment. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
- Craft Corner: enjoy creating something new and unique with a craft designed to be accessible to those living with dizziness or diplopia.
